Dr. Tripti Sharma is an educational leader of repute with over a decade of experience in teaching, training, consulting and research. She has earned her doctorate degree in Management from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, MP, India. She holds an MBA degree in Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Operations Management. She has contributed research papers in the journals of repute, which include Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) and SCOPUS indexed journals. Her scale for measurement of Individual Creativity Constraints (ICC) has earned appreciation from psychologists, academicians and management professionals. Her research interest lies in Organizational Creativity, Employee Engagement along with Indian Ethos in Management. She conducts regular workshops on creativity for the benefit of students and professionals.
