The Corporate Resource Cell of ISB&M College of Commerce organised an educational field visit for students to Kasturba Mahila Khadi Gramodyog Vidyalaya at Aga Khan Palace, on 9 October 2026, as part of experiential learning initiatives aligned with the SYBBA Semester III Field Project.
During the visit, the Principal of Kasturba Mahila Khadi Gramodyog Vidyalaya briefed students on the historical significance of Aga Khan Palace, vocational training programmes, and opportunities for skill development and entrepreneurship. Students gained valuable insights from success stories of programme participants and learned how small businesses can grow through practical skills, effective planning and limited initial investment.
The visits enabled students to connect classroom concepts with real-world applications in entrepreneurship, human resource development, marketing and operations management. The initiative aimed to strengthen students' observation, analytical and professional skills while encouraging experiential learning and entrepreneurial thinking.
