The Corporate Resource Cell of ISB&M College of Commerce organized an industrial field visit to Katraj Dairy, Pune, on 9 October 2026, aligned with experiential learning for the SYBBA Semester III Field Project.
Students observed live dairy processing operations, including industrial steam generation, automated milk packaging, and specialized manufacturing units for ghee and ice cream. Plant officials explained quality-control protocols, cold-chain logistics, and cooperative supply chain management.
The visit provided practical exposure to production scheduling, inventory control, and FMCG operations, helping students effectively connect classroom theory with real-world manufacturing environments.
